Scott graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001 with a degree in fetching coffee for people. After getting his professional writing break in 2005 working for The Showbiz Show with David Spade, Scott went on to write for The Muppets, develop pilots at TBS and USA, write articles for Mental Floss Magazine, work on pilots at VH1 and E! that will never see the light of day, and, in 2012, win a Daytime Emmy for his work on WordGirl. Has he mentioned the Emmy? Don't worry. He will. Scott is also a trained voice actor who puts that voice to use entertaining his two freakishly-adorable children and offering "helpful" suggestions to nearby Bay Area motorists.
